POLICIES
PRICING:
All pricing is in US currency.
Shipping and handling charges are additional.
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED:
Personal check or money order is accepted for custom projects.



SECURITY / PRIVACY:
Shopping security is important to Papa's Workshop. We use industry
standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software to encrypt personal and
credit card information during the checkout process.
Papa's Workshop will not distribute your personal information to any
other company.
ORDER PROCESSING:
You will receive an automatic confirmation that your order was placed.
Most credit card orders will be shipped within 24 hours of payment
confirmation. Orders requiring special packaging will be shipped within three (3) business days of payment
confirmation.
Custom orders will be shipped within three (3) business days of
completion.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
A fifty (50) percent deposit is required for all custom orders. The
total cost is reflected in the checkout price. The balance is due upon
completion. Most custom orders will require three (3) to four (4) weeks
for completion. Some orders may require added e-mail or telephone
contact.
SALES TAX:
Papa's Workshop collects sales tax for the state of Louisiana only.
The applicable sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address.
SHIPPING:
Most items will be shipped via ground delivery. Delivery of
other items will depend on the level of service indicated during
checkout.
Actual shipping charges will be added for larger items requiring
special packaging and shipping.
RETURNS:
In the event that an item must be returned, please contact us within
five (5) business days of receipt. Returned merchandise must be received
within seven (7) business days from the date of the return request. We
will issue a refund for merchandise, excluding shipping and/or insurance
costs, if returned in the same condition as sent. Buyer is responsible
for all shipping/insurance costs.
